judge me!

Everyday is bad hair day for me.  More so now that I had my long locks cut and permed.  For almost a decade I wore my hair long, below shoulders, and straight.  Bad hair days weren't an issue because I always tied it in a bun or ponytail.  For parties, I usually went to the salon for a quick blow-dry or when I was really in a rush I just clipped on hot rollers for 3mins and I was all set and ready to go.

In my hope to make my neck appear elongated and make my chin seem more defined, I thought of chopping off my mane last month.  Since then I've been getting different feedbacks from friends and family.  Every time I bump into someone I know at the mall my hair is the inevitable topic.  Ahhhhh I don't know what to think any more!!! I get different weird comments and mostly, friends start off not liking it but eventually assuring me, after careful assessment, that it actually looks good on me.  It's the way people seem to have to convince me that I look good with my new do that makes it weird.  

To say that I don't enjoy the attention would be a big lie.  C'mon, as if I don't enjoy shocking people, too!  I am!  I am having a great time bathing in the attention I get, good or bad, it always ends up good in the end.  So, to further my extraversion & vanity, I am posting some photos of my pre and post chop.  

Go ahead... criticize and scrutinize or love and admire!!! LONG or SHORT? As for me, I think long is sexy and short is sophisticated.  There.  Judge me.
